FAQ: SEDI (INSIDER REPORTING)

SEDI is the acronym for System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders. It is an Internet-based program used to file insider trading reports.

WHEN DO I NEED TO FILE MY INSIDER TRADING REPORT?

If you are a reporting insider, you must disclose all of your direct and indirect holdings by filing an insider trading report. Prior to November 1, 2010 any changes to your holdings, including the grant or exercise of stock options, must be reported within 10 calendar days of the change. After Nov 1, 2010 the deadline for filing reports will be shortened from 10 to 5 calendar days.
